What hapenned?

A meteor landed on earth.

When did it happen?

It hapenned on february 15 of 2013.

Where did it happen?

It hapenned in the town of Chelyabinsk, Russia.

How did it happen?

The meteor entered the atmosphere and exploded in an air bust over Chelyabinsk.

Who were involved?

The habitants of the area were seriously damaged by the meteor.

Here's a testimony:

Well, I was going to work, 9:20 AM, on february 15 of 2013.

There was a shining on the sky. That looked like a meteor. That "meteor" landed in Chelyabinsk, luckily for me. I got on my car, and I drove to Chelyabinsk. When I arrived, paramedics were all over the place. There were also some scientists that confirm that the meteor entered the atmosphere and exploded in an air burst over the town.

How was the fire created?

Zeus was in the Olympus that was all white with lots of columns and plants. Thinking how could he kill Polynesia’s, he wants to kill Polinesius because he was out of control, using the eternal fire, he turn on of fire all the Olympus. Some thunders went to the earth and the forest on fire. The Hades ask to Polinesius to he will protect him if he give him the eternal fire and Polinesius. Hades want the eternal fire to kill Zeus, because Zeus was like the king so Hades and other gods couldn't do a lot of things and if he kill Zeus they will have freedom.

After long talks between them, they agreed, Polinesius had to give Hades the Eternal Fire, enormous flames capable of exploding into the air entire continents, in exchange of protection

Zeus was disappointed about his brother, he thought he had honor and he would give up Polynesia’s and redeem himself because of treason, but he didn't.

Zeus was so disappointed that he threatened Hades into giving up Polinesius. But he refused, so Zeus had to do use his last method, war.

Thunderstorms and hellfire’s reined the Olympus in a never-ending war between three powerful gods. Polinesius was so scared of Zeus that he almost didn't fight; Hades had no mercy although they were brothers of blood.

Zeus had an idea of throw a thunder but miss and so the thunder falls in the earth and stars a fire. It was a reply big fire. Hades was so angry with Zeus that he wants to kill him, he throws the eternal fire to Zeus but he also missed. The eternal fire made a mountain get in fire; the fire was all around the mountain. The time past and Zeus forgive Hades, they were all right but as Polinesius didn’t said sorry, Zeus decided to kill him. Then thanks of the god the humans could create fire so they could cook food, keep themselves hot, etc.

This myth explains the creation of the fire.

Entrevista Interesantes

El día 21/10 le hicimos una entrevista a un medico argentino llamado Jose Vega que trabaja en un hospital llamado "Virgen de Guadalupe", en Mongomo,Guinea Ecuatorial .
Él es un pediatra, que viajó a África por una oferta laboral por 1 año.
Él dijo que la mayoría de la gente que iba a el hospital no era tan pobre como otras personas porque era un hospital privado, o si no las victimas de accidentes fatales son dirigidas allí.La mayoría de la gente que llega al hospital tuvo algún accidente automovilístico o sufre de paludismo. Pero el caso mas complicado fue en agosto, cuando una niña de 6 años entro al hospital con un tumor en el pulmón
Jose , dice que en su hospital todavía no se reporto ningún caso de Ébola, pero ellos ya están preparados.

Derek The Mysterious Wolf

One day in a farm,Mike,the farmer with long and brown hair. He went to the market to buy some things for the farm,he bought food for the animals,things for the barn because some parts of the barn were broken.When he went to the car, he placed all the bags with all the material the car was very heavy.the traffic was stuck,when mike left the traffic in a moment of the highway ,mike crashed with something was color grey and broke the front of the car  and he got out of the white and blue car...and saw a little wolf, a little bit hurt, but then he realize that the wolf was very little to eat animals so big and he can give to the wolf something to eat that is not meat; he was in field but there weren´t any animals or persons Mike was alone, with the car broken and without phone because he didn't know how to use it and with a wolf that he don't know if he was a bad wolf or not.Mike grabbed the wolf with his short and wrinkled arms, the little wolf stared sadly into his eyes while moaning of pain.Mike felt so bad about the little baby wolf that he cried. He took the wolf to the farm.

Mike got him out of his truck, grabbed the wolf, he named him "Derek" .Mike took him to the house, his dog, "Samuel", started sniffing him, it looked that they were friendly to each other.

Mike took him inside the house, he patched his right leg with some sort of bandages.

A little pig named "Bacon" tried to bother him but the wolf walked slowly and suspiciously.

A baby cow named "Bertha"  started following him up the hill.Derek  started barking at the top of the hill, Bertha thought it was suspicious so she called Samuel.Samuel talked to Derek into going down the hill but he refused....

Bacon always looked in a weird way,but Samuel always gave him the word.

Samuel and Derek played all day together, it didn't matter if it rained, they're friendship was solid like a rock. if you bothered Samuel, you bothered Derek.

Samuel and Derek were best friends for some years. The farmer left the wolf in his barn made with wood and very intense red for 5 days, but it didn't  work, because the wolf called Derek bark all the night and it was impossible for the farmer Mike to sleep so the farmer took the wolf out to go around all the farm. The dog was the only one that trust the wolf and the other animals in the farm didn't trust him. But one day the dog convinced the other animals so they started to trust the wolf. At the beggining the other animal of the farm were doubting but then same days pass and the animals trust the wolf.

Many years after the wolf grew up so he started to sleep in the farmer´s bed.

One day the farmer got up and he didn't see the wolf in his bed, so he stared into the window and there it was, the wolf eating all the animals. The wolf disappeared into the woods and nobody saw him again.

El oso polar esta sufriendo debido al calentamiento global, su hogar esta siendo destrozado y se predice que en 50 años el oso polar se extinguirá debido al calentamiento global.

Creative Writing Work

I woke up on a field with lots of tents, I was feeling really weird, my body was feeling weird, I thoght that the hit was making me hallucinate. I stood up but it was really difficult to walk because somehow I couldn´t walk in two legs. I was thirsty so I went to a nearby bucket full of water to drink, but I realized, when I saw my reflection, That I was a horse, really weird.
I started walking,Listening to what the people were taalking about, they were talking English but odd English. Suddenly, a man got on my back and he started mounting me until he stopped right beside a man on the floor. He was behaving as weird as me. THe man started mounting me. Suddenly I heard him say: "where could max be?". I answered: "I´m down here!".

Formal Letter

Dear Mr. Big Foot,

                           I am sending this letter because I want to ask you something. Are you in need of a job?

 I saw you last night looking for food in the trash can. I also think I saw you crying. So I am offering you a wonderful job in an office, this is not a joke I am talking seriously. I also need to warn you about the guardian dog at the gate, the employees call him Morphius. He has a really bad reputation because he always bites everyone that walks in his way.

If you want to accept the job please write me back otherwise I would not know if you read my letter and it would not be possible to give you the job. Remember write me back as soon as possible, there are many people waiting for a job like this. I hope this letter arrives safely in your hands.

Una Carta Inspiradora

El Jefe Seattle era un aborigen que se volvió famoso al crear una carta en contra de los europeos que querían comprar sus tierras.
En mi opinión esta carta es muy inspiradora porque un aborigen incivilizado pudo haber hecho una carta hablando de la naturaleza de sus tierras y su religión para tratar de cambiar su idea de conquistarlos y de expulsarlos de sus tierras.Pero si lo hacían al menos que la cuiden y que no las maltraten, porque los  recuerdos de sus ancestros permanecían en esas tierras.

Laika: El Primer Ser Vivo en el Espacio

Laika,una perra,se convirtió en el primer ser vivo en llegar al espacio.Lo hizo abordo de la nave sovietica "Sputnik 2".También fue el primer animal en morir en órbita.
La tecnología suborbital no se había desarrollado todavía,no había ninguna expectativa de que Laika sobreviviera. Laika, una perra callejera, fue sometida a entrenamientos con otros dos perros,finalmente ella fue elegida para ser lanzada.
Al igual que otros animales en el espacio Laika murió  entre cinco y siete horas después del lanzamiento.
La USS lanzo otros 12 perros al espacio luego de laika los cuales 5 de ellos volvieron con vida a la tierra.

Emergencia Hídrica

En la provincia de Santa Fe, la crecida de el rió Iguazu fue rápida y tremenda. Hoy marca 23,20 metros, había aumentado 20 centímetros desde ayer, lo que obligo a las provincias de Corrientes, Chaco, Entre Ríos y Santa Fe, a evaluar una extensión de la emergencia vivida hace 15 días, cuando la riada del Paraná provoco inundaciones de sectores costeros y la evacuación de centenares de familias.
En Corrientes el rió aun sigue ascendiendo, esta mañana registraba 6,56 metros con un ascenso de 7 cm el mismo día.
 el Instituto Nacional del Agua (INA) indican que la altura máxima del río Paraná en esta ciudad alcanzaría los 4,90 metros el 17 de julio. De esta forma se produce una corrección, a partir de las intensas lluvias ocurridas en norte del país, ya que hasta la semana pasada se estimaba una altura máxima de 4,80 metros.

El Cambio Climatico y Los Refugiados Ambientales

Yo estoy muy preocupado por el calentamiento global. Estaré poniéndome en el lugar de "Alaa", un habitante de las "Islas Maldivas" que le esta escribiendo una carta a un amigo que vive en otro país.

Querido amigo,

         

                         Yo y mi pueblo estamos preocupados por el calentamiento global.Nuestras islas son hermosas pero quedaran destrozadas por el calentamiento global, terminaran hundidas en el océano. 

Estamos buscando soluciones, una opción es pedirle refugio o ayuda a países cercanos, la mayoría de los países a los que pedimos ayuda nos la denegaron. La opción mas remota es pasar a vivir a una isla artificial que estamos creando en la que se albergara la mitad de nuestra población. Japón nos ayudo a crear murallas para evitar por lo menos por un rato mas las inundaciones. Una de las inundaciones mas severas se llevo 2/3 de nuestra ciudad y mato casi 100 personas.Espero que algún país cercano pueda ayudarnos o que los países mas ricos disminuyen su contaminación. Por Favor necesitamos ayuda.

El Heroísmo

En mi opinión un héroe seria alguien que sea valiente,que haga cosas que otras personas no harían para ayudar,salvar a otra persona o en beneficio propio.Pero hay muchos que no creen ser héroes por actos que no ayudan a nadie solo a ellos mismos.Por ejemplo,Luis Alejandro Veslasco, un marinero que cayo de su barco que volvía de sus reparaciones a Colombia y paso 10 días de naufragio hasta llegar a Uraba,Colombia.Cuando volvió,las noticias explotaron,lo consideraron un héroe,pero el no creía serlo porque nunca creyó que un hombre se convertiría en un héroe por estar 10 días solo en el mar pasando hambre y sed en cambio si el hubiera tenido una caña de pescar,galletas y cosas suficientes para sobrevivir no hubiera sido considerado un héroe.En mi opinión Velasco es un héroe porque hizo cosas que muchas otras personas no harían jamas en sus vidas.Pero Velasco deicidio contar la verdadera causa del accidente,la tormenta no había arrojado a Velasco del barco fue el sobre peso.Yo creo que lo revelo porque no podía guardar mas mentiras
